Plagerized!! But useful

Attorney General:

I, along with every other freedom loving American, applaud your action to bring the recently passed health care law to court. This government already controlled over 50% of every dollar spent in medicine before passage of this evil bill. The results of implementing the 2,000+ pages of the law will destroy medicine in this country with ripple effects around the world. There are many specific issues and details that could be attacked in this law but only one really matters; the issue of INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS.

I urge you to base your legal case on the Constitution. Do not debate the details of the bill because if you do that you will concede the moral high ground implicitly. This IS about RIGHTS. A need does not equal a right. There is no RIGHT to enslave a man for the benefit of another; not even if the majority vote for it. This IS about The Rights Of Man!

The entire country knows that it's not just our health care that is at stake here. The actions of the US government in recent weeks are foreboding. I am encouraging you to take this battle to the Supreme Court. Don't be disheartened by the critics no matter their credentials. You are the vanguard of this MORAL Revolution; don't back down.
